Who is this service for?
The accounting services fit:
- small and medium-sized companies needing regular bookkeeping
- companies that value carefully prepared records and annual reports
- foreign-owned companies that need reporting in English
In line with professional independence requirements, we do not provide both accounting and audit services to the same company.
What do the accounting services include?
- day-to-day bookkeeping
- preparation and filing of tax reports and declarations
- preparation of the annual report
- management or shareholder reporting as agreed
- communication in Latvian and English
How does the engagement work?
We start with a discussion about the business, document flow and desired scope, then agree on how the bookkeeping is organised and prepare an individual proposal. Cooperation is mostly remote.
Pricing is agreed individually based on the company’s activities, the scope of the engagement, information availability and deadlines.
